Olymel Appreciation BBQ 2026

Now that’s how you BBQ!

We were so thrilled to spend the day with our Olymel members in Red Deer on September 23. We shared good food, lots of laughs, and even spontaneous karaoke during the lunch rush.

Thank you to everyone who took time out of their busy day to spend time with your union!

Another big thank you goes out to all of the UFCW Local 401 staff who put this event together and all of the members from across the province who volunteered their time to make this BBQ a success.

Everything about this BBQ is a reminder that we are all stronger when we are united, work together, and help one another.

Make sure to follow us on social media for all of your union updates and to learn more about the work we are doing for members like you!
