Representation and Leadership in Hard Times

With COVID-19, the economic uncertainty and turmoil, and the political environment, there is no doubt that, as working Albertans, we are in hard times. But these hard times demand a special kind of leadership and representation in the workplace and beyond.

We are pleased to introduce you to a great course exclusively for UFCW Local 401 members, Representation and Leadership in Hard Times. We’re offering this unique two-day course on navigating these challenges and developing into the best leader we can become. If this course sounds interesting to you, we are confident that you are a leader with an essential role in making your union strong, dynamic, and innovative in representing and fighting for the betterment of working people.

This will be offered via Zoom online ONLY at this time. We request you use a computer with a web cam AND microphone to participate fully in this training. Although a mobile device may be able to connect, some features on the mobile app may not be available to allow you to engage fully. You must have access for the entire two days to a laptop or desktop computer in order to participate. We look forward to getting back to in-person, classroom settings as soon as it is safe to do so. Until that time, we appreciate your patience.
