Cavendish Farms

Cavendish Farms is a french fry processing plant in Lethbridge with about 130 members.  These workers take raw potatoes and process them into a variety of different potato products including battered and non-battered french fries, as well as potato patties.  This company stores its potatoes in temperature controlled silos so they can be processed year round.
