Maple Leaf Poultry-Edmonton

One of several Maple Leaf Foods plants in the province of Alberta, the Maple Leaf Poultry plant in Edmonton employs many dozens of members of UFCW Local 401. It specializes in fresh poultry products, which it ships throughout most of Western Canada.
