Debbie Peters – Retirement

After an amazing 43 years at Canada Safeway in the cash office and customer service, Debbie has entered the wonderful world of retirement.

Debbie was a union activist in her time at Safeway and not only did she proudly walk her picket line in 1997, she was also a Shop Steward for several years.

Some of her retirement plans include travel, spending time with family, and learning new computer skills.

“I have enjoyed my career at Safeway and now look forward to whatever new adventures there are in my future,” Debbie tells us.
