After a whopping 40 years at Safeway working as a cashier and in customer service, Eleanor has entered the wonderful world of retirement.
Having walked her picket line back in 1997 and fulfilling many key roles in her 4 decades with Safeway, she will now turn her attention to more leisurely pursuits. Some of these include gardening, hanging out with her grand and great grandchildren and travelling to wonderful places like Paris, Mexico, Vegas, and San Diego for starters.
You might be just as busy in retirement as you were at Safeway, Eleanor, but we know that you will be doing things that fill your heart with joy and we couldn’t be happier for you. Congrats, sister. Enjoy your retirement.
