Jaspreet Gosal – Scholarship

Jaspreet is the daughter of 401 member Ramanjit Kaur Gosal, and she is attending the University of Calgary.  She is pursuing a degree in biological sciences and plans to become a family doctor, with a focus on educating patients about the importance of sustaining good health.

“I wish to use my platform to further implement reformative methods in society and help humanity,” she says.  She has a focus on building community and appreciation for one another.

“This city and country have given me everything I have today and I would be honoured to give back.”

In her spare time, Jaspreet volunteers with fundraising efforts for the Red Cross.

“I really appreciate this generous emotional and financial support from the UFCW, it has helped and encouraged me to a great extent.”
