Jung Ok Shim – Retirement

After 18 years working in trim upgrade and packaging at the Brooks JBS meat packing plant, we are excited for Jung’s retirement plans.

Jung tells us that she is eager to get back home and visit family and friends. She also plans to keep active with many activities, including walking and other fun forms of exercise.
