BAYSHORE: MEDIATION COMMENCES NEXT WEEK!

Mediation with the Company begins next week on May 14th.

Our pending complaint against the Company for Unfair Labour Practices and the upcoming mediation process has prompted them to get more serious about bargaining. They have agreed to two of our proposals to Article 12 regarding Seniority.

This is just the beginning. We have another mediation date confirmed for June 26th. As we move through this process, we will continue to press the Company for a fair deal for all our Bayshore members.
