BAYSHORE: WE’VE STARTED THE MEDIATION PROCESS

We’ve had our first session of mediation. Thanks to the Mediator’s efforts, we’ve finally received long-needed information from the Company.

Now, we’re waiting for the Company’s counter-proposals. We expect to see those at our next mediation, which is set for June 26^th.

We will keep you updated on the process, but in the meantime, be sure to thank your co-workers Shannon Neufeld and Perlita Destura for all the hard work they’re doing on your behalf!
