This has been a long, and at times difficult process for everyone involved, and we thank you for your patience. After a year of discussions, the Employer has made an offer that your Bargaining Committee felt was important for you to have a vote on.

As your Bargaining Committee feels that this offer is the best that can be achieved without a lengthy labour dispute, we are recommending that the membership vote to accept the Company’s offer.

This will go out to all members for whom we have accurate contact information. This way you will have time to review the document prior to the information meetings in case you have any questions.
