Cargill Case Ready Members to Vote on Deal

Attention all Cargill Case Ready Members!

Your Bargaining Committee has worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome for a renewed Collective Agreement at Cargill Case Ready.

This has been a long, and at times difficult process for everyone involved, and we thank you for your patience.  After a year of discussions, the Employer has made an offer that your Bargaining Committee felt was important for you to have a vote on.

As your Bargaining Committee feels that this offer is the best that can be achieved without a lengthy labour dispute, we are recommending that the membership vote to accept the Company’s offer.

  • Strong language stating that the Company must treat all employees with dignity and respect
