Contract Talks Start for Avenue Living
Good day, newly certified members of UFCW Local 401 at Avenue Living in Lloydminster! We have started bargaining for your first contract and we invite you to check out the union and company proposals by clicking on the links below:
We are proud to welcome all Avenue Living Communities employees who work for this home rental company. Our newest members work in Maintenance Support, Maintenance Suite Turn, and Maintenance Work Order.
Your union bargaining committee’s focus for the first 4 days has been on non-monetary items like:
- Grievance Procedure
- Union recognition
- Probation
- SolusGuard
- Seniority
- Employee rights
Contract language has been agreed to on all these items, and we look forward to getting into more proposals in future meetings.
