Excel Bargaining Update for Balwin Villa & Grand Manor

Your union’s bargaining committee met with the employer recently to exchange proposals and begin negotiations. We are pleased to report that we made good progress and had productive discussions, particularly around important topics such as health and safety, reporting requirements, and the Labour Management Committee.

Our next bargaining dates are scheduled for August 26, 27, and 28, where we will continue working toward a fair agreement. Members who have any questions or concerns shouldn’t hesitate to reach out to a member of the bargaining committee.
