Hello GRC Members,
Please read the attached MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) and find the poster here with the date and times of the vote as shown below.

In-Person Vote:
Wednesday, August 14th, 2024
at the Workplace
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.
And 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM.
Online Vote:
Thursday, August 15th, 2024
We will send the ballot to the email addresses of members who do not vote in person on August 14th, 2024, via Survey Monkey. If you do not receive the ballot, please check your junk mail.
Please contact your Union Representative before August 14th, 2024,with an updated email address to ensure you receive a ballot if you cannot vote in person.
It is critical that all employees vote.
The MOA is your current Collective Agreement with all the changes and improvements achieved throughout the bargaining process.
We will hold an information meeting on Monday, AUGUST 12th, at 5 PM to review the MOA together and answer any questions you may have.
