The UFCW Local 401 Bargaining Team is thrilled to announce the dates for upcoming negotiations with Hilton Garden Inn on May 17 & June 18-21.
We’re working tirelessly to secure a new Collective Bargaining Agreement that reflects the voices and addresses the concerns of our Hilton Garden members.
Although we proposed additional dates in March, April, May, and June to expedite the process, the employer was unavailable. Rest assured, we’re determined to make the most of these scheduled negotiations.
Employees’ input through the bargaining surveys and virtual proposal meetings has been invaluable. We’re now developing a comprehensive set of proposals covering improvements to wages, benefits, scheduling, and other monetary and non-monetary issues that matter most to you.
We need active participation from our membership to truly represent the diverse workforce.
Several members have already expressed interest in joining the union negotiation committee, but we’re still seeking dedicated individuals from all departments, particularly the Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments.
Joining the Committee is your chance to directly impact and shape the terms of your employment. By joining the negotiation committee, you’ll have a seat at the table and the opportunity to advocate for the changes you want to see.
