Improvements to Wage Package Yields Optimism
Your Union Bargaining Committee held another round of talks with the ASP negotiators on March 6th, 8th, and 14th.
The survey that we sent you following our last set of negotiations told us what your most important monetary issues are, and we focused our discussions with company officials on these items. As a result, we achieved a much-improved wage package!
Important details need to be worked out and further bargaining is scheduled for April 14th, but we feel we are close to getting an offer that you can vote on.
We will provide all the details as soon as possible following our next day of bargaining and you will receive a copy of any offer so that you can review it thoroughly in advance of casting your ballot.
