LOCAL 401 MCKESSON MEMBERS ACCEPT AGREEMENT

Last week, UFCW Local 401 McKesson members voted to accept their new Collective Agreement.

“Big congratulations for our McKesson members are in order. They have voted to accept their new contract by a vote of 70%,” said David Smith, the lead negotiator for this set of negotiations.

The new agreement brings improved language regarding seniority relating to seniority.

As far as wages, McKesson members, the four-year agreement brings:

• Increases of 5% in the first, 4% in the second, and 3% in the third and fourth years.
• Retro starting from January 1, 2022.
• Premium increases for the night crew by $1/hr. And $0.55/hr. for the afternoon shift.
