Elbow River Casino (UPDATE): Employer cancels negotations
Your Union negotiating committee was ready and prepared to negotiate this week. Unfortunately, the Employer has chosen not to come to the table.
Instead, they have applied to the Government (Mediation Services) for informal mediation and have said that they will return to the negotiating table with the Government representative. We have spoken to Mediation Service and are awaiting the Employer’s response.
In the meantime, we still want to hear from our Elbow River Casino members!
The scheduled consultation meetings will still go ahead. You are welcome to come out, share your experiences and ask any questions you have on union-related topics.
Once again, these are the dates, times, and location of these sessions:
April 8th & 9th
