Staying Focussed at Superstore Bargaining

Greetings, everyone:

As we kicked off negotiations last week, things got off to a rocky start. The company came in with some pretty harsh statements about expectations in this round of negotiations. But we didn’t let that distract us.

As the week progressed, we pushed through, staying focussed on the important issues and — little by little — getting results. By the end of the week, we felt we got things back on track.
