Superstore Talks Turn to Scheduling

In this week’s negotiations, your Bargaining Committee turned its attention to discussing scheduling with the Company. We know that this is a very important issue for Superstore union members, and we have worked to push Loblaws hard to address it in bargaining.

Your Bargaining Committee is happy to report that we have made some progress on scheduling. But we know there is more work to be done.

Superstore union members deserve fair hours to make a decent living!

In the lead up to our next round of bargaining, your union will be surveying Superstore union members to find out what you would like to see maintained, changed, or expanded when it comes to scheduling.

Your Bargaining Committee will continue pushing the Company on fair scheduling practices, and we want to ensure that we are bringing your concerns and ideas to the table as we do that work.

By working together and speaking with a strong and united voice, we can fight to get Superstore union members more hours and stop the practice of over-hiring!

Please continue to stay engaged on negotiations and up to date with the progress of bargaining by reading these updates!
