Superstore Proposal Meetings
Are you concerned about workplace issues like scheduling, hours, wages, benefits, health and safety, and more? We are, too!
We will be entering into union contract negotiations with Loblaws in the very near future. But we need to hear from you!
Across Alberta, UFCW Local 401 members working at Real Canadian Superstore will meet to discuss changes they would like to make in their collective agreement (union contract).
A committee made up of Superstore union members and union staff will gather information from these meetings to bring together all the concerns of Superstore employees and set priorities for negotiations with the company.
Now is the time to come forward with what you would like to achieve in negotiations. We also really want to hear what you would like to do to help us BARGAIN STRONG TOGETHER!
When union members get active and involved in negotiations, they can make a real difference.
