As we continue to prepare for a possible strike at T-Force Logistics, we’d like to thank everyone who came out and engaged at our information meetings this week.
Part of the process of preparation is making sure that everyone knows what to do and what not to do while striking. Employers will often try to restrict workers’ right to picket if they can. If people on the picket line don’t follow the rules, it’s entirely possible for the company to use this as an excuse to impose restrictions.
As we’ve noted in previous updates, T-Force members can expect to see regular messages about what going on strike means, what to expect while on strike, and how to prepare. We’ll be sending out as much information as we can to outline key information.
The vote on the Company’s offer will take place on Tuesday October 15th. It’s an online vote that will be open from 12:01 am to 11:59 pm. Please make sure to let the union know if you hear about anyone that is not receiving our email updates, so we can update their email and make sure they receive their ballot.
