What Is Superstore Offering?

As we prepare to hold strike votes across the province, your union and Bargaining Committee want to make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

A key part of making that decision is knowing what the Company’s last offer was.

In your Bargaining Committee’s view, that offer doesn’t come anywhere close to recognizing the sacrifices and contributions you have made toward Superstore’s success throughout the pandemic. In fact, Superstore is still trying to get concessions out of you at the bargaining table!

You can see for yourself by looking at this comprehensive overview of the Company’s last offer (click here to view the offer).

It’s time to send Superstore the message that they need to improve their offer with a strong and successful strike vote!

We had a successful telephone town hall last night where I was joined by members of the Bargaining Committee to walk Superstore members through bargaining to date and answer questions live on the call.

We have two more telephone town halls coming up in which you can still participate. One is today (Wednesday, September 8) at 3:00 PM and the other is Thursday, September 9 at 7:00 PM.

All you need to do in order to join a town hall is answer our phone call that will come in immediately prior to the start time of each town hall. If you miss that phone call, you can still listen and ask questions online at https://gounion.ca/tth

We also have an online Zoom meeting that you can attend tonight (Wednesday, September 8) at 9:00 PM.

Click here at 9 PM on Wednesday, September 8 to attend the online Zoom meeting.

Let’s get the best offer possible from Superstore by sending them a message through a strong and successful strike vote!
