IMPORTANT NOTICE – For XL Food Employees from 2011
If you were a UFCW Local 401 member employed at the Calgary XL Foods Beef plant in 2011 at the time of closure, please contact Lou Craig at the Calgary Union Office as soon as possible: lcraig@ufcw401.ab.ca or 403-291-1047.
As a result of a grievance settlement, you may be entitled to severance pay if you were employed at the time of the Plant closure.
If you know of others who were employed at this time, please ask them to contact the Union as well.
