Congratulations to the Superstore Collective Agreement Study Group!
We are thrilled to announce that the first Superstore Collective Agreement Study Groups team has completed our interactive study session at the Edmonton office. With dedication and a shared goal, seven participants gave up their valuable time to hone their skills and become better peer advocates. Their commitment to learning and growth exemplifies the strength of working together.
These dedicated individuals spent multiple nights learning together through all types of weather, even braving temperatures as low as minus 40. They learned about the Collective Agreement, how to advocate, and how to communicate effectively. This is true dedication and strength. Congratulations to each of you for this remarkable achievement—together, you are stronger!
