
You may remember Faith from our holiday TV commercial. She’s not an actor, she’s a real floral clerk, a 19-year Safeway worker, and a proud UFCW Local 401 member.
This Valentine’s Day, Faith is back, this time creating a beautiful rose arrangement while speaking directly to the public about what Safeway workers are facing.
We’ve launched a new digital ad campaign on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube to highlight:

This campaign is about putting a real face to our fight.
Faith represents thousands of members who show up every day to serve their communities with skill and pride.

Our goal is simple:
Build public awareness, strengthen member solidarity, and remind the company that Safeway workers are the ones driving their profits. They deserve a wage that keeps up with inflation and they deserve respect.
