Hearing Dates Scheduled For Sunday Creek
Hearing dates have been scheduled in the matter of Royal Camp Services, Sunday Creek with the Alberta Labour Relations Board in the effort to unionize Sunday Creek.
UFCW Local 401 and workers at Sunday Creek have been patiently awaiting the new dates of April 1st and 2nd, 2015 to meet with the company and finally hear from the Alberta Labour Relations Board in regards to their decision on the right of workers to join a union.
Local 401 appreciates the patience of workers and we want you to know that we share in your frustration in this long process. It is exactly however, your patience and perseverance that has allowed us to get this far in this fight against your abusive employer, and so we thank you for your continued dedication and support.
Workers at Sunday Creek should know that your union is committed to bringing fair wages, overtime pay and health and safety to your workplace. We will not stop until we achieve this, and with it, we will bring dignity and respect to ALL workers at Sunday Creek. Do not let go of your original dream and our goals in this campaign. Instead, hold your dream tight and know that if we believe in ourselves enough, we will make this dream happen and finally bring a union to Sunday Creek.
We are in this fight together and we will continue to represent you to the best of our ability with our limited access to your workplace. If you are being bullied by management or having any trouble with your supervisors, please contact us immediately.
Your union is confident about the outcome of the vote and so it is incredibly important we keep collecting contact information from any new or transferred employees.
