More Forms Available to 401 Members Via Union Website

UFCW 401 Website Continues to Evolve and Improve to Meet Our Members’ Needs!

Earlier in 2015 your union redesigned and completely changed the way we interact with you via our website. Officially launched in February, the new website showcased a fresh, modern look and was filled with member-driven systems, search tools and features. Members can now submit union rebates online and quickly find employer benefit forms to download for their use. A handy translation tool also allows our diverse membership to see this content in various world languages. Also, “mobile aware” technology was added, which adapts to allow the user to view the website easily from virtually any device.

And we are happy to announce that there are now more forms available online that you can use for your day-to-day needs. Benefits information, declaration forms, and others are being added as quickly as we can so we can further assist you.
