Safeway Members Meeting Around the Province in Anticipation of Negotiations
Members from all corners of the province are gathering to get the scoop on upcoming negotiations and discuss the various strategies involved in this process. Through a comprehensive presentation by lead union negotiator Tom Hesse, members are being given not only valuable historical information about their relatively new employer, Sobeys, but also the various campaigns being considered throughout negotiations.
401 members have never been known to sit back and wait for employers to do the right thing and big plans are underway to ensure Sobeys understands just how serious their Alberta workers are about getting a fair new Union Contract.
