TForce Drivers Join Our Union!

We are thrilled to welcome TForce delivery drivers to UFCW 401! They are the latest to join Alberta’s largest private sector union and it has been a long process for them. They focused on their goal, didn’t lose hope, and knew their patience would pay off.

We will now focus our energy on preparing for negotiations to secure a first union contract. This company is no stranger to negotiating with their employees through their unions and has collective agreements across the country. UFCW 401 looks forward to building a relationship with TForce that ensures their drivers’ needs are met.
