UFCW 401 Wins CALM’s Best Documentary Award About Alberta’s Superstore Strike

We are thrilled to announce that the Canadian Association of Labour Media has awarded UFCW Local 401 the Best Documentary honours among this year’s entries from across the country.

We would also like to thank the producer of the video for all his hard work on this exciting video!  Mark Koeppen, you did a great job, thank you!

Also deserving credit is the host of the video, Emily Shannon, who was on the negotiating committee and on strike herself as a Superstore employee at the time.
