Thank you for adding your voice and helping us to demand fairness for all essential workers in Alberta.

Your union believes that every essential worker in Alberta should be eligible for and receive the Alberta Critical Worker Benefit. Further, we believe that the province should implement a $4 per hour pandemic pay premium for all front line essential workers in Alberta.

UFCW Local 401 has been a determined voice in advocating for our members and all essential workers throughout this pandemic.

We will continue pushing for fairness and recognition of the contributions and sacrifices that essential workers have made and demanding that they be appropriately compensated for the risks those workers continue to face.
