Union Dues Rebate

REBATES ARE PROCESSED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

  • Paystubs for JANUARY – APRIL must be submitted May 1-15
  • Paystubs for MAY – AUGUST must be submitted September 1-15
  • Paystubs for SEPTEMBER – DECEMBER must be submitted January 1-15

This rebate is for members that pay $9.25/week for union dues. Refunds will be issued on cheque stubs that are less than $125.00 gross (or biweekly cheques that are less than $250.00 gross and have a dues deduction of $18.50) x $4.00/per week. Cheque stubs that do not have any dues deducted are not eligible for the refund.

Note:

When submitting your cheque stubs, please include your NAME, RETURN ADDRESS and SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER so that your rebate can be processed more quickly. If submitting photocopies, ensure that the gross amount and the date of the cheque are visible.
