Ringo Chan retired at the beginning of August, 2013. He stared in October of 1978 as a Meat Cutter at the Lucerne Meat Plant. In 2009 the processing department was shut down and Ringo moved into the commissary where he remained until his retirement.
Ringos immediate plans upon retirement are to travel and spend time with his mother and other family.
