Susan St. Denis – Retirement

With 40 years at Safeway, Susan St. Denis’ retirement can only be described as well-earned. Working in the meat and seafood departments, Susan saw it all working at 18 different stores throughout her career with the company.

Now her plans are less about getting to the store and more about catching up with friends and “doing lots of puttering,” as she put it.

“I’m just looking to enjoy retirement and embrace all that life has to offer me,” said Susan.

With six grandchildren ranging from ages 3 to 16, we have little doubt that there will be much to embrace and enjoy.
