UFCW is listening - Telephone town hall

Important Telephone Town Hall for All UFCW 401 Members

Support, Action, and Voice: Your Union and COVID-19

Important Telephone Town Hall for All UFCW 401 Members

This Wednesday evening, we will be holding an exciting telephone town hall entitled “Support, Action and Voice: Your Union and COVID-19,” hosted by UFCW Local 401 President, Thomas Hesse, and Secretary-Treasurer, Richelle Stewart.

What’s the Telephone Town Hall About?

For the very first time, we will be inviting the entire UFCW Local 401 membership of about 32,000 to join the call. We are very excited to be hosting this call for all our members!

We will focus on important information regarding what we’ve been doing through COVID-19, and we will be seeking members’ input through polling questions, as well as opening up the phones for questions. Our focus will be on all the work we’ve been doing and what we have yet to do to support our members at this critical time.

In addition to hearing from your elected officersother special guests.

There will be much to discuss and we also look forward to the opportunity to take questions from our amazing members.

How can I participate?

You will receive a phone call on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 inviting you to join the 7:00PM call.

If you miss that call, or if you didn’t get a call from us because we don’t have your current contact details, don’t worry. We have sent all members an email with all the details about how to call in and connect with us.

Please check your email (and junk folder if it’s not in your inbox) for the special invitation for UFCW Local 401 members only.

If you have not received the email, please contact your Union Labour Relations Officer or write to ufcw@ufcw401.ab.ca for call in details.

Solidarity!
