ALSCO Collective Bargaining Results

We are happy to announce that the tentative agreement has been successfully ratified by the membership!

Thank you to everyone for participating in the information sessions, for sending your questions and comments in to your representatives and committee members, for participating in the surveys we sent and for the near total overall participation in the vote itself.

This level of engagement is a shining example of your commitment and support for your committee and was an important asset in the bargaining process.

We would like to extend our significant appreciation and congratulations to your committee members, Jim Harrington and Don Roth. Their expertise and insights helped shape the improvements and priorities alongside the members’ input.

We would also like to thank you all for your patience during this process. We understand bargaining took some time, but with the increasing demands and realities of the affordability crises both here and abroad, we pushed to ensure the best possible deal was achievable from ALSCO.

Together, we succeeded in that goal and have secured this agreement which should deliver meaningful improvements for you and your families.

Further details regarding implementation, payments and enforcement of the new agreement will be shared as they become available.
