Compass: Collective Agreement Ratified, Next Steps

Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote. We are pleased to advise that the collective agreement has now been ratified.

This means that Compass members will receive the agreed-upon wage increases, along with any applicable retroactive pay, in accordance with the terms of the ratified agreement.

As previously communicated, Sodexo will be taking over as the employer effective October 1, 2026. We will be in discussions with Sodexo regarding the next steps and will keep you informed as more information becomes available.

In the meantime, member should please continue to keep an eye on your emails for information regarding opportunities for continued employment.
