COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT RATIFIED!

Stronger Together Through Collective Bargaining

We are pleased to announce that the tentative agreement has been successfully ratified by the membership.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to review the agreement, attend the information sessions, ask questions, and participate in the ratification vote. Your engagement and participation are an important part of our collective bargaining process.

The newly ratified collective agreement includes several significant improvements, including:

  • 2.75% wage increase for 2026, with retroactive pay
  • 3.00% wage increase for 2027
  • 3.00% wage increase for 2028
  • A lump-sum signing bonus for 2025
  • Improved language on Health and Safety, Discipline and Discharge, and Union Recognition
  • An increase to the weekend shift premium
  • The addition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation as a statutory holiday

We extend our sincere appreciation to the bargaining committee for their hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout negotiations. Their efforts were instrumental in achieving this agreement on behalf of the membership.
