Excel Balwin Villa & Grand Manor Bargaining Update

Your bargaining committee met with the employer on October 14, 2025 to continue working towards improvements in your collective agreement. 

We had a full day of productive discussions focused on several key areas, including:

• Health and safety
• Shift swaps
• Discipline
• Union bulletin boards

We are pleased to report that we reached agreement on three more items, bringing our total to nine agreed upon items so far. With each bargaining date, we hope to get closer to a fair contract.
