IHAC: We Have a Company Offer to Vote On

The company has extended an offer for us to consider and vote on.

Your bargaining committee worked hard to get an offer that included a wage increase and, for the first time, a health spending account. Now it’s up to you to determine whether this offer meets your needs.

You will get to decide if the offer works for you when you vote on it on October 9th and 10th.

Online voting will take place starting Thursday, October 9 at 8:00 pm. It will run until 8:00 pm on Friday, October 10. Members will receive an individual email with their ballot and voting instructions, and will not be able to vote twice.

You will need to weigh the offer carefully, have conversations with your coworkers and the members of your bargaining committee, and reach out to your union if you have any questions. We are here to support you. Above all, vote and make your voice heard!
