McKesson: Progress is happening, but we need your help!

Your Union Bargaining Committee recently met with McKesson’s team to continue discussions for your next contract. We’ve made good progress so far to date on the non-monetary items, with several improvements currently agreed to relating to leaves of absence, training, job postings, probation, hours of work and overtime rules.

We’ve now begun Monetary discussions and have both exchanged and received proposals with McKesson. While we have a good understanding of what has been requested from the membership, we would like your feedback again on specific monetary items now.

Please take the time to review and respond to the survey below, via the QR code here. This will help us get a sense of what your priorities are as we proceed through bargaining. There is also an opportunity to include feedback for your bargaining committee and/or a message to your employer if you would like to include it. Responses are made anonymous.

The survey will run until July 22nd, 2026.
