

Your Union Bargaining Committee recently met with McKesson’s team to continue discussions for your next contract. We’ve made good progress so far to date on the non-monetary items, with several improvements currently agreed to relating to leaves of absence, training, job postings, probation, hours of work and overtime rules.
We’ve now begun Monetary discussions and have both exchanged and received proposals with McKesson. While we have a good understanding of what has been requested from the membership, we would like your feedback again on specific monetary items now.

There is also an opportunity to include feedback for your bargaining committee and/or a message to your employer if you would like to include it. Responses are made anonymous.
