Want Easy Access to Your Union Contract? We’re on It!
May 13, 2022 – A couple months ago we reported that we were in the process of loading all Collective Agreements (union contracts) to your union’s website for easy access. The Communications and Negotiations departments have been very busy getting this done.
We are thrilled to report that dozens of these documents are now accessible to you! All you need to do is type in your workplace in the search bar at the bottom left of the website’s home page to find your workplace’s home page where you can access your union contract. Alternatively, click on the name of your employer below to get started.

After these contracts are ratified, they go through a vigorous proofing stage with both your union and the employer. This can take some time but is a necessary and crucial step to ensure changes aren’t missed and there are no mistakes. These are legal documents, and their accuracy is key. There are a number of Collective Agreements that are currently in the proofing stage and will be placed on the website as soon as they are finished.
Some of these Agreements are expired and currently in the process of being renegotiated. Once those negotiations have concluded and ratified, they too will be put on the website for use. Keep your eye on your email for those as they are completed.
To see if your Union Contract is available online, you can search the website (www.gounion.ca) by typing the name of your workplace in the search bar on the home page as shown below.
